Our story

We may have only had our stores for little over a decade, but the That’s Furniture & Bedding story starts more than 50 years ago.

The That’s in our name refers to us: the Ats family. Our family have been involved in Adelaide’s furniture business since the 1970s.

Three generations of our family have worked across some of the city’s biggest furniture retailers, including LeCornu Furniture & Carpets and Sid Griff’s.
